Found my books in the wild! - I was able to live my best author fantasy this week when I spotted my books at Snapdragon Books’ grand opening! If you happen to be near Cheviot Ohio, you’ll find a bunch of signed copies on the shelf! This is my friend’s brother’s shop, and it is stunning. Each room has a different theme, and there’s even a dungeon with a dragon.

Summer of chaos - It’s been two months since I updated this page but not because of a lack of updates. I have been so overwhelmed with grad school and work that any other writing has fallen by the wayside. Since the last update, I published an op-Ed in Inside Higher Ed, completed a handful of short papers, and developed a rough framework for my dissertation. We are also in the middle of a huge technology transition at work that will impact everyone in our programs, and there are so many moving pieces to take into consideration. As I gear up for the start of the school year, I’m forcing myself to step back and take a moment to reflect but I am very very tired!
